Marmots on the Chasseral

Marmots only sleep for half the year: they are very active for the six months around summer. You can easily see them gathering grass, eating and sunbathing in their habitats in Chasseral Nature Park. For this guided marmot walk in the Bernese Jura, animal lovers need hiking shoes, mountain clothing, a picnic and binoculars. St. Imier is the meeting-point for the outing.
