“I would have never dreamed of having to take my shoes off for a short stroll whilst on an accompanied tour with a certified guide. But this experience was an enjoyable way to take a fresh look at nature. We also had the chance to discover some distinctive cultural and regional features like the production of gentian alcohol or Alpine Gruyère AOC cheese which is produced at the farm restaurants.”
