"The area could dedicate a whole section to cheese. Producers are passionate about their business. For them, quality is key. Between tomes of all sorts, goat’s cheese or hard cheese as well as raclette and fondue cheese, there’s the famous Tête de Moine, this well-known and recognised cheese that’s commonly found in restaurants and homes of the Jura Region. I find the making of cheese fascinating, perhaps because of the talent and skill of the cheese-makers."
