• A discovery path links the wind turbines at Mont-Crosin to the solar power station at Mont-Soleil in a playful and enjoyable way. In the landscape characteristic of the Jura mountain range, the route is dotted with a dozen signposts covering topics related to energy, nature, landscape, agriculture and tourism.
• Ask for the free leaflet espace1to1energy at the tourist office before heading out
• Guided tours in English of the power stations for groups can be reserved at BKW FMB
• Horse-drawn carriage rides for groups are available from Heidi Frutschi
• Electric bicycle and scooter hire at the upper funicular station at Mont-Soleil
• Picnic spots, fireplaces along the path. You will find dry and free wood at the picnic spot above the Juvent Pavillion, Mont-Crosin
• Option to book a brunch or aperitif with local products from Erika Fahrni. As there are no restaurants near the power stations this is a great alternative.
• A watchmaking trail links the railway station in St-Imier to the funicular, ask for the free brochure at the tourist office
• Guided tours of St-Imier available for groups on request at the tourist office
• Restaurants and hotels in Mont-Crosin, Mont-Soleil, St-Imier and La Ferrière. There are no restaurants between Mont-Soleil and Mont-Crosin
• Funicular from St-Imier to Mont-Soleil
• CJ buses from Mont-Crosin to St-Imier and from Mont-Crosin to Tramelan.
