“Make the most of what’s on offer! There’s a long list of sports for all and I often think we’re really lucky to have at our disposal so many opportunities for doing just the right sport for us. I’m thinking particularly of tennis, which can be played indoors, or outdoors when the weather allows. To get moving and have fun; what a wonderful combination.”
