"Today we decided to hike this trail which seems ideal on a hot summer day. Having taken the funicular to Prêles, we admire the beautiful view of Lake Biel and continue through the village to the shooting stand. The trail takes us along the edge of the forest which is nice and cool. Our whole family enjoys this pleasant hike tremendously. Before returning to the village we stop to rest at the picnic area near the shooting stand to linger in these peaceful surroundings. We will certainly be back and plan to discover the historic theme trail nearby."
