"This trek with donkeys and lamas was like therapy. By changing my pace of life and considering the needs of my companions, I was able to slow down, listen more closely to the trickling of the stream, the wind in the trees, but also see the beauty of the flowers more closely, appreciate the peace and quiet of the forests and beautiful trees, then share these moments with the friends accompanying me.
